Vintage 80s 90s ‘Held’ Biker Cruiser Tool Handlebar Buckle Studded Pannier Bag

Vintage 1980s/90s Held mini motorcycle saddlebag, tool bag, or handlebar bag. Made from PU leather, and designed to be attached to  motorcycle for carrying tools of small items. It's features include buckle closures and studded detailing with an overall retro style. The bag consists of one main compartment.
