Vintage 90s 00s Navy Blue White Tommy Hilfiger Buckle Dress S

This is a great navy blue Tommy Hilfiger dress. This cotton blend fabric has a great amount of stretch and no additional lining. It is a gorgeous navy blue with a white silky trim around the round neckline and both sleeves. The dress has two seams down the front and back with a zip down to the centre of the back. Each side has two white and navy buckles. There is a metal embossed logo stitched into the bottom left of the hem. This piece is designed to be more fitted but all measurements are listed below.
