Vintage 90s Black Ribbed Halter Neck Skater Dress 8 S

This is a gorgeous 90s vintage skater dress. The item has a halter neck with a thick strap. In addition to this there is also built in support across the chest. This piece has a skater/A-line style with a great amount of stretch and no additional lining. The black dress is made from a ribbed fabric and is deigned to be fitted across the chest but all measurements are listed below (please note the material is stretchy). The item is in great material aside from some bobbling on the back (pictured).
